Khalilah, Rubies Jewel Cosmetics founder established her cosmetic career in 2022 when she embarked on becoming a full time Makeup Artist in the Atlanta metro area. She always had a passion for beauty and bringing a light to every woman that she encountered. With the push of God and her husband she made the proactive decision to use the gifting God had always put inside of her.
